Mend Dyson CR02 Washing Machine Appliance Problem

Close Door and Press Start?

Hi,

I have a Dyson CR02 Washing machine (White Grey in color) and we are unable to use it, as it fails on "Close the outer door and press start". I have done the manual reset below the Soap dispenser, but the problem is still active.

We are not sure how to progress. Is there any other advice that could assist?
