ghd mark 4 thermal fuse keeps blowing?

behind the opposite plate to the thermal fuse is the temperature NTC sensor, suspect this faulty,check solder connections and still attached to heater or it may be just the heater on that side is dodgy, does it heat if not then straighteners overheat on thermal fuse side believe heater should be about 70 ohms not sure about ntc but should change as held in hand(believe may be 100 kilo ohms
