I have a Hotpoint Aquarius WM62 full of wet clothes - man coming Thursday to repair but lady on phone tells me most have an em. door release - can't see anything in the booklet I have. I have unplugged it and tried to open door as it said but no joy - HELP !
door will not release whilst full of water.Take the outlet hose from the drain and put into a bowel or bucket to drain the water drom the machine when empty the door should oped.The fault sounds like and blocked filter or pump good luck.it is a simple job
