Mend De Dietrich W3838 Stuck Position Apart

Infrared ring get stuck to ON De Dietrich Hob W3838?

One of my infrared rings gets stuck in the ON position and the only way to stop it is take the hob apart and disconnect that ring. After some time (months) if I reconnect it, it will work for some time until getting stuck on again
