reparing dead transcend mp860 digital player?

my transcend mp860 digital player is dead i contacted technical support of transcend they suggested 1.resetting : it didnot work
2.uploading new firm ware
the player is not recognised by computer, so updating firmware is not possible
then i contacted fixya.com they suggested flashing of
music player
this also didnot work and added another problem
when i connect the player to computer it is getting heated
now i request how to repair the dead transcend mp860
digital player
as suggested in the bottom ATTEMPTING REPAIRS CAN BE DANGEROUS
so kindly suggest good repairers of transcend mp860
