worcester 240 combi boiler?

On my worcester 240 combi boiler. When I run the shower or the hot water tap even so the heating it set at off the radiators begin to get hot.

your diverter valve is passing, and unfortunateley it aint cheap. either get a new one or try refurbing the old one. either way not a pretty job!
