Mend Candy CE84 Cycle Spin

Why is my Candy Eclypsa CE84 Combiwash not spinning?

My Candy CE84 goes through complete cycle but drum does not spin when on 'S' so clothes are still very wet. It spins slowly when on 'Z' which is 'water discharge'.
Have had new capacitor fitted (this model does not have brushes) but no better.
