i have an audi symphony 6 disc cd radio cassette ?

i am getting error 3 on display for cds which i know is mech fault with cd loading i have had a closer look and found that the cds are not spinning when in loaded position, does anyone know what the problem might be and if parts are required where i would be able to get them from?
