Diplomat ADP8352, blew RCD now only power light comes on?

Diplomat ADP8352, blew RCD now only power light comes on. Non of the other controls do anything, no lights at all other than green power light. Obviously something has blown but I don't have manual so don't know where to look. My guess is control board is in door. But, as it blew RCD I'm wondering if it is heater element and that there maybe internal fuses. Any ideas?
