Pride 5.5 Smartdrive 9 Error Code?

My Pride 5.5 Smartdrive 9 is no longer finishing and emptying of water. There is also a hum/whir sound while the mains power is on - even with the power button off. Of the 8 LEDs from left to right, the ones which are on are the 3rd, 6th, and 8th.
