Hi All,
Just been given a job to get the above alarm working again but I have no access codes to the system and its not in default!!Have tried removing the board above the main chip to reset the NVM but all I have got now is the outside sounder going and a blank screen on the remote keypad...Have tried the default codes but it is not working so have sent off for the instalation guide to see if I am going wrong on the reset bit,but in the mean time can anyone recommend a replacement pannel that I could install .
Sorry for the long first post but I am stuck bug time on this!!!!
I need a help to re-set my home alarm system Scantronic-9600. I have not got the right codes for it from the previous owner.

we have fitted over a thousand of the 9600 panels,if you dont have the engineering manual then your on to
plums,they are obsolete though we are a registered installer for scantronic and have all the manuals on a cd,

why did you remove the main board?all you had to do was remove the nvm,you have given yourself a lot of probs friend,
