How can I fix the tension control on my cross trainer machine?
When I purchased my Stamina Cross Trainer on-line, it was delivered in a box to be assembled. I had a friend to assemble it but the tension control has never worked properly. The tension never changes even when you turn the knob from 1 to 8. It is always the same. Help!
