hooking up satellite?

my toshiba model #32HL95, is my second tv for my satellite system, (dish) no receiver to this tv, I can't get the satellite in on this tv, I have lost my owners manual. Can someone tell me how to set the tv to view the satellite, according to my receiver that is hooked to the main tv, the toshiba is getting the signal, I am unable to view.
