you have to pry the keyboard up at the front i used a knife there are several tags. if you are replacing keyboard just unclip the ribbon by pulling out the pins in the socket . you have to remove the keyboard to get to the memory which is under a cover held by two screws. pretty steight forward but i could email you pictures if you require them.........andy
