Mend Worcester 28i Boiler Water Pressure Engineer

Water pressure on 28i drops about 10 times a day?

The water pressure drops up to 10 times a day! The worcester engineer has been out on a couple of occasions but seemingly can find nothing,at great cost i might add!Has ended up saying its the low water pressure in the area,but my neighbours dont have any problems. Any thoughts?
