Echostar 3000IP Viaccess ?

I have an Echostar 3000IP Viaccess for watching French TV but when I switched it on recently the channels where all in black and white. I have re-tuned the box to see if that was the problem but it is still the same. Any ideas? Thanks.

Check the connection from the box to the TV set.
