We have a Rangemaster SXS that replaced a faulty one 4 years ago. We had to pay Rangemaster an additional £500 to replace our first one which went faulty at 3 years old.
The current one has now failed spectacularly by defrosting all of its contents and refusing to cool down. I'm now told that Rangemaster are not interested and that I must pay one of their repairers £142 to come and tell me that it's beyond economic repair then they might help again. Do I really want the misery again? Rubbish product and a complete disgrace.
