water leking from the boiler?

in my flat where we just move have worcester 24i today we saw water leking from boiler top of the butom bit.pressure bar come down to 0

Do you have a manual for this boiler?
Any error codes showing on display?
Can you identify the part where the water is being expelled from? PRV perhaps.
Can the system be re-pressurized using the filling loop?
Did you have the heating on when this happened?
