the 5 lever locks on my upvc door?

there is a metal stripe on the sde of the door where your lock appears from you must take that off carefully and then put it back on making sure that when you do the 2 rear metal sliders that move the other locks are place into poition corectly thjis is not easy but can be done if you are unsure where they go look for the 2 notches near the handle that move up and down near the handle and fit them where they go on the metal runner

i do not think you have a 5 lever lock fitted to that door?

it should be a multipoint locking sysytem?

if the multipoint locks are not coming out it could be that the lock could be broken due to being forced?
