Mend Renault Megane Scenic Car Mileage

how can i fix the clock in my renult megane scenic?

the other day i got into my car,inserted the key card as usual and noticed that the clock was reset to all zeros,the trip clock and average milage were also the same. any ideas what might have happened? nothing else seems to be affected
