lap top is showing all things very large?

Hello my lap top has started to show all things i go to in very large scale, and cannot find any % thing to turn it back to what it should be. had it off and on again , but all the same, the only thing it shows as normal is my pictures i have stored. been into control panel and run through things but all seems as it should be. can any one help ,as driving me mad. Keith
