Mend Toyota Avensis d4d Heater Control Knob

How do I replace small bulb behind Heater Control Knobs?

I need to replace a bulb behind one control knob on the heater controls on my 2005 New Avensis d4d. The dealer wants £35 + cost of bulb + vat. They say the centre panel housing the Radi needs to be removed but I cant see how to get it off without causing damage.
Can anyone help please?
