Diplomat dryer ?

Has anyone had heat from the diplomat washer dryer? Myne just turns and keep sounding like its emptying water.I've tried with it empty,half,etc but i hear no air blowing and no heat.More to the point,where is the fluff draw/filter? How does this heat and blow instead of just turning?
