How can i repair the glass door of my double oven. ?
I have a Town & Country Double Fan Oven. The fixing holding the inner and outer of the glass door together has become dislodged. The outer glass is now flapping but the fixing appears to have been originally glued in its place. How can i repair please?
to be honest it is not easy to reattach the mountings to the glass and you would have to buy a new glass door at GREAT expense,HOWEVER you can clean the glass with surgical spirit or lighter fluid and then use silicon to refit the old mountings back.This will never be like new BUT could last many more years and save you lots of money!
