how can i fix key card locking on 54plate renault scenic ?
i have a 1.5dci renault scenic on a 54 plate.the key card will not lock or unlock doors but will start the car no message given on computer have tried new key card battery no difference does not effect running of car. HELP PLEASE

I have exactly the same problem only I get a message saying I need to change the battery when I have already done it. Someone has said I need to reset the key but don't know how and I can't find my manual please help....
