how do I bleed a ford galaxy diesel 1997 fuel line?

Thank you Danny for your help.Checked the immob. seems ok.
After an hour or so of jumping and sticking fuel pipe in a fuel container we got it started. By pushing and holding the no 21 relay.
Car ran well to the mot garage switched off and started first time.Hope thats all there is to it.

sounds more like immobiliser fault try a spare key to seeif this helps the key symbol on dash should go out with ignition on if continues to flash u have a fault in system
