Hi all. I m posting this on behalf of my mother who is at her wits end with it.
The problem is the machine starts its cycle fine, but when it gets to the end of each stage shes got to move it on manually (via the skip button) to get it to continue. Shes rung the only local repairman who was no help and did nt want to know.
Any advice appreciated.Thanks.
Hi ck. Had a look today and the pump impellor turns freely for half a turn then it comes stiffer for half a turn and then free again and so on. Not sure if thats how its supposed to be- I suspect not.
i put it on a wash cycle today which went fine until it got to the end/near to the end of washing then it just froze, I could nt move it on to rinse drain or spin! Any ideas?

remove the filter.shine a torch in to the filter housing and check the drain pump impellor rotates freely
