worcester 24i won,t fire up in the mornings?

Hi can any one help
My worcester 24i won,t fire up from cold in the mornings, I have to switch it on and off on the fused switch on the wall and turn the hot water tap on and off till the ignition fires up the boiler. Its just had a new board + fan.
