Mend Renault Megane Bought

Roof not working?

I have recently bought a Renault Megane R reg. Unfortunately I stalled the car when putting the roof back up electrically I did managed to manually get the roof back up. Now the roof does not work at all, I only get the beeps if I try to use it. I noticed that some people within the foram mention about a microswitch and to by pass it. Not sure what I am looking for, to try and see if that works. Can anyone advise?

Battery has been discontected, but unfortunatley this never worked either.

try disconectin battery for a couple of hours but make sure you have the radio code as renault will charge for it
