Mend Worcester RD532i Combi Boiler No Ignition

hi my combi boiler wont fire up?

i have a worcester rd532i its only 3yrs old but wont fire up on water or heating. im a plumber so i have checked the water pressure etc, tried to re-set but still nothing, not got the usual ignition/pilot light on either, any idea's please, tipicly the insurance ran out last week.
