bosch clasixx 1200 making terrible noise?

sounds like there is a huge stone rattling around in it..but I have checked and there isnt anything in the drum or in the door seal!
Also, i dont know if this is my imagination...no matter how mach washing liquid and conditioner i put in, there is no smell on the washing - and its not that clean looking either!
