Berlingo Desire rear passengers overhead air vents?

The overhead section leading to the rear passangers air controls. A severe rattling noise has developed within the overhead plastic grid between the driver and passenger, as if the motor has come looose. I can't see how to gain access to see if anything needs tighened up
