My fan is working but is not heating up?

the element is blown,a common fault on fan ovens,
it sits behind a metal plate at rear of the oven,(inside)
the plate is norm held on by two or four screws,remove all power before touching the oven,you will need to remove it and take it to a domestic spare parts whole saler,its no use bring the model number,as the manuf,use diff elements in their ovens
