what's wrong with my dryer?

my tricity bendix tumble dryer won't dry clothes. when I put clothes in dryer and start it runs but it doesn't dry clothes.no water goes into the reservoir. what's the problem?

If it is a condenser dryer look at the condenser plates and clean them using manufacturers instructions, also check filters.
