Why is my Krups EA8080 only steaming milk and not frothing it?

I have had my machine for a year now and it's done approx., x200 cups of coffee (mainly Cappucino). Everything seems to still be working other than the steam nozzle now only seems to be warming the milk in the steel jug and not frothing it. The temperature is OK as the milk gets piping hot and without the nozzle in the jug of milk it steams away quite aggressively but it's not frothing the milk as before...??? - Does it need a new rubber nozzle and if so where do I get one of these????
