Mend Ford Transit 280 Year Work

2001 ford transit 280?

i got a ford trasit year 2001 i just got it and i drove it 4 last few days but took it out 2 go 2 work at 1st it was workin fine but then clutch went hard 2 push dwn and couldnt get it i 2 gear what could be the problem thanks
