Another problem with potterton suprima unit?

I recently had a new (new type) control board fitted as we having more & more lockout problems this was fitted by british gas 2 weeks ago. The system has been ok for a week or so, but now it has started to lockout. Now when switching on heating system the whole electricity supply trips at consumer unit. Could anybody help with this problem any advice would be welcome
