How can I fix my boiler, Worcester,Bosch 28LE ?

Could not get any hot water, now I cannot get any hot water and the central heating will not work either. I have no manual but I have been told it could be I need a new diversifier, I do not want to order one in case this is not the problem. Could you help me please.
