Mend CJ/A8 Bulb Replace Changed

Bulb replace- Microwave CJ/A8?

I changed the bulb with a 240v 15W 300 degree C ordinary bulb but the bulb would not light. All the function are working but the motor will not rotate. Is the bulb causing this problem? Can someone please advise?
