Mend Glow-worm 30cxi Heating Temperature Error

F8 and F12 ?

I have a Glow worm 30cxi which is showing F8 (which isn't in the manual) and F12. The fan is going but the temperature isn't showing so the heating isn't kicking in. Can anyone help me with this problem. Thanks.

F12 refers to a loose connection between the mainboard and user interface board.
