had main battery replaced?

engine symbol and service lit up on dashboard.electric windows not working correctly.(managed to reset radio and clock)

If it worked ok prior to the battery being change then I would be tempted to disconnect the battery for 10 mins and then connect it up again just incase its a power up issue
