5 Series BMW parking sensors have stopped working ,have checked for the fuse, can you help

Usually one sensor is broken. Ignition on and in reverse, listen to each one. If it clicks it is ok - you will probably find one is broken. Fairly easy to replace but part numbers are a nightmare. Your BMW dealer can help and then look on eBay - they are much cheaper! Hope this helps.
