Explain symbols on Zanussi Aquapulse DE 4654?

I've lost the instructions manual for my Zanussi Aquapulse DE 4654 dishwasher and now one of the symbols on the right is red. It sort of looks like a § sign but with two arrows. Does anyone knows what this means? (Does it need a cleanup, salt, or...?)
