Mend Samsung S750 Horizontal Lines Appear

Photoes not clear so many horizontal lines appear?

Samsung S750 is my cam, Vedios of it is no problem but there are so many horizontal lines appear on the photoes of it, when picture takes at dark environment, the problem is not effect
