my computer will randomly shut right down while on the net?

Hi Christy,

Go to Start>>Run. Type in msconfig and click OK. Then click on the startup tab at the top. Click on disable all to take all the ticks out of everything. The more things in here, the slower your pc and more prone to crashing. Locate in here any security you have but they will be abbreviated (eg. McAfee is mcupdate, mcagent, etc, and Norton is ccapp), put a tick in these objects so that we dont disable these. Click OK and then restart. See how u get along after this!
