Mend Iveco 35C11 Replaced Master Cylinder

how can i fix my clutch on my iveco?

i have an iveco daily 35c11, my clutch pedal collapsed & wouldn't come back up, i have replaced the master cylinder & slave cylinder kit & although the pedal works normally now it is soft & the clutch doesn't work, any ideas please? p.s. the master/slave cylinder comes as a complete unit and does not require bleeding.
