My worcester bosch greenstar ri boiler seems to override it's control?

My Worcester bosch Greenstar ri boiler was installed 3 yrs ago. No problems.
Suddenly this morning, I've discovered the radiators were still hot even when the auto control programme has switched off. Any ideas as to why?
