Mend Briggs & Stratton 255707 Carburetor Lawn Mower

how do i adjust the carb on an older 10 hp b&s.also seems to be flooding,?

when i take the air filter off even when not running i got gas in the the carb. slowly filling in evn when not running..ran gr8 last time i ran it ,, now will start,run for a min or 2 then stopps..model #255707 type 0126 01.. its on a dixon mower

The fuel inlet needle is not sealing properly. Best solution is to
rebuild the carb. The carb kit for your engine is Briggs
Part Number 394698 available from any Briggs dealer.
When replacing the inlet needle seat look carefully at the new
seat. There will be a groove in the face on one side. That side
goes in first. If it's put in backwards the needle will not seal.
