Mend Danby Smell Fridge Inside

Strong solvent smell?

I have a Danby 'fridge. A strong solvent like smell has just developed in the inside of the unit. It seems to be coming from the blower in the freezer compartment. i have cleaned the rear of the fridge and also the drip tray(it did not smell). Where would I look next to possibly cure the odor?
