How do you change LED High brake light on 2001 C5 estate?

Need to change rear LED brake light on Citroen C5 estate have sourced the part I need but can't work out to remove old part.
I think you have to remove trim at top of rear widow but can't work out how.

Just worked it out didn't realise you could open the tailgate as mine is broken (common fault). You need to take the trim of the lower panel on the inside door to get to the catch to release the tailgate from the inside then you can get to the torque bolts to remove the spoiler and remove the LED brake light.
